TASTING MENU, OUR CUISINE MADE OF TRADITION, INNOVATION AND CREATIVITY
Cava Arde’ offers cuisine ranging from traditional to national and international one, resulting from the creativity and imagination of the chef with references to local tradition. It is not the classic sea tourist cuisine, although fish such as cod, octopus and salmon are often inserted in the various dishes: e.g., ravioli stuffed with shrimp or sea urchin. A cuisine made of tradition and innovation, proposed through an accurate gastronomic choice with tasting menus designed ” ad hoc” by the chef for each event to accompany guests on a path of flavours and sensations in a unique location for history and culture.
